"BRIGHTER ARE THE SUNBEAMS" is part of my ever-growing collection of Church Ladies - View From Da Back Pew. It depicts two sisters bonding in worship on Easter Sunday morning. One is older than the other, and locks her arms through the younger woman's as a gesture of compassion and understanding.

This piece is done on 8x10" Bristol paper, with colored markers.
